Lewis Capaldi and More to Headline Splendour in the Grass 2023: Get Tickets Now

Splendour in the Grass, one of Australia’s leading mid-year music festivals, is set to return with an impressive lineup featuring popular artists such as Lewis Capaldi, Lizzo, J Balvin, Mumford & Sons, Flume, Slowthai, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Sam Fender, Idles and many more. The festival will be held at its home at Ngarindjin/North Byron Parklands from July 21-23, marking its 21st anniversary edition. Tickets for the camping fest will be available for purchase starting from Friday, April 14.

The return of Splendour in the Grass is highly anticipated by music enthusiasts and festival-goers, especially since the event was cancelled last year due to the pandemic. Even the comeback event in 2022 was met with challenges caused by Mother Nature. However, organizers Secret Sounds, a part of Live Nation, is confident that this year’s event will bring a sense of normalcy back to the festival scene.

When the 2021 edition was cancelled, organizers launched Splendour XR, a two-day virtual music festival featuring more than 50 artist performances. The event was built in collaboration with Linden Lab, an American digital entertainment developer known for building Second Life. Although it was a unique experience, it could not compare to the real thing.

Splendour in the Grass was established in 2001 in Byron Bay, a beautiful beach spot on the most eastern point of Australia, known for being a home to surfers, artists and Australia’s counterculture. Today, it is the only midwinter camping festival of its kind in Australia and has become a popular platform for both international and homegrown artists to test out new music.

Ticket prices for the three-day event start at A$447.51 (inclusive of booking fees), with an additional cost of A$197.27 for camping. Single day event tickets are also available at A$202.37. To learn more about Splendour in the Grass, visit their official website at splendourinthegrass.com.
