Billie Eilish and Olivia Rodrigo to Close Out 2023 as Final “SNL” Musical Guests
As 2023 approaches its end, Saturday Night Live (SNL) has announced the musical guests for its final two episodes of the year. On December 9, Adam Driver will host the show with Olivia Rodrigo as the musical guest. The year’s last episode on December 16 will be hosted by SNL alum Kate McKinnon, featuring Billie Eilish as the musical guest.
Olivia Rodrigo is not new to the SNL stage, having appeared as a musical guest on the May 15, 2021, episode hosted by Keegan-Michael Key. On the other hand, Billie Eilish has made two previous appearances on the show: as a musical guest on September 28, 2019, during Woody Harrelson’s hosting, and as both host and musical guest on December 11, 2021.

Both Rodrigo and Eilish have had successful years. Rodrigo’s sophomore album, Guts, reached No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart, and the lead single, “Vampire,” also topped the Hot 100 chart. While Eilish had a quieter year in terms of releases, she delighted fans with her song “What Was I Made For?” from the Barbie movie.
Fans can look forward to these exciting performances to close out SNL’s 2023 season.
