Chappell Roan Got Signed To The Foundations Management

Chappell Roan, the rising alt-pop sensation, officially joined Foundations Music for management. Thus, following her split with longtime manager Nick Bobetsky of State of the Art last fall.

The Foundation’s partner, Drew Simmons, confirmed the news on Instagram. “Thrilled to be working with @chappellroan — it’s an honor to welcome her to @foundations,” Simmons shared. So, he signals the start of a new chapter for one of pop’s most compelling new voices. Foundations Music, which prominently updated its homepage to welcome Roan, later confirmed the news to Variety.

Founded in 2001 in New York, Foundations Music has become a quietly influential force in artist management. It represents an eclectic roster that includes Kahan, Laufey, Rebecca Black, Wilder Woods, and Gabe Simon. Simmons. Additionally, the company was formerly known as Red Light Management. It joined forces with co-founders Steve Bursky, Brian Winton, and Max Credinger to further build the company’s artist-first approach.

Chappell Roan and Move to Fame

Roan’s move to Foundations comes amid her quick rise to fame. Previously under Bobetsky’s guidance, Roan found herself in the alt-pop landscape. Also marking her release in the 2023 debut album.
