Peesh Steps Out from “Under the Radar” with New Seasonal Project

Northumbrian punk singer-songwriter Peesh has started 2025 off with a new bold single, “Under the Radar“, on the first day of Spring and the beginning of his ambitious seasonal project, The Perennial Effect II: Seasons. Familiar for his raw, DIY style of music, Peesh continues to challenge boundaries, mixing punk energy with spoken word in this new release.

“Under the Radar” is the first release of four tracks Peesh is set to drop on the opening day of each season throughout one year. Each will eventually form part of a 12-track record set for release in early 2026. The track differs from his standard punk fare, with more experimental frequencies through its ferocious tempo and politicized lyricism. Peesh labeled the song an experimentation into “the more spoken word side of my solo music.”

The song’s lyrics reflect the harsh realities of today’s society, from the dictatorship of social media to the erosion of freedom of speech. Over a pounding beat, Peesh delivers a bitter critique of the computer age, showing that he is capable of expanding his style without abandoning his punk roots.

This follows his 2025 release, The Perennial Effect, which laid the foundation for this new phase in his life as a musician. The dedication to independent music production and artistic development by Peesh continues to draw a loyal fan base.
